Dear Parents of Students in the Lafayette Catholic School System,
As part of our desire to constantly improve our schools and create the best learning environment for our students and families, we will be conducting a parental satisfaction survey. This survey will be sent via email to you next Monday, May 1st from our external marketing partner, Bright Minds Marketing.
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to offer constructive criticism. However, it is important that we truly understand your feelings both good and bad about the schools. We have designed the survey to be completely anonymous, so you can be as honest as possible. We want you to feel comfortable in giving us your honest feedback, so demographic questions, which you might feel can be traced back to you, have the option to select “prefer not to answer.”
The survey is 30-35 questions long and should take approximately 30-40 minutes. We truly value your input so please try to make it a priority to give us your opinion. The survey will only be useful if we can get a large number of people to complete it, so please fill it out when you get it. Once we have all the data, we will send out summary results from the survey as well as our action plan to make improvements.
As a thank you for completing the survey, your child(ren) will also receive a Nut Slip/Spirit Day. A form will be sent out in the announcements next week. Please print out and sign the form, verifying that you have completed the survey. This form can then be turned into the school for a Nut Slip/Spirit Day.
Additionally, if we hit our goal of 50% participation from parents, we will also provide a cool treat to the students and teachers. The students will receive Freeze Pops, and the teachers will receive a drink from McDonalds.
Finally, there is a separate survey for parents of high school students and parents of elementary students. If you have a child in both high school and elementary school, you will be sent 2 different surveys.
Thank you, in advance, for helping to continue to improve our schools by participating in this survey.
