Leader in You Series for Parents

Leader in You Series for Parents

As we continue our mission to provide the best educational opportunities for our children, I am excited to invite you to participate in an upcoming workshop series, “The Leader In You.” This series is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge necessary to become effective education advocates, empowering you to make informed decisions about your child’s education.

We are proud to collaborate with IQE (Institute for Quality Education) and local faith-based schools including Faith Christian, Lafayette Christian School, and St. James, to bring you this workshop series. By working together, we can amplify our voices and ensure that every child has access to the quality education they deserve.

Given the ever-evolving landscape of education, it is crucial for parents to be well-informed and actively engaged in advocating for their children’s educational needs. Whether it’s navigating school choice options or understanding educational policies, the workshop series (three sessions) will cover a range of topics including:

  • Understanding School Choice options in Indiana
  • Navigating educational policies and regulations
  • Effective communication and advocacy strategies to influence legislators
  • Building strong partnerships with local faith-based school communities

Faith Christian will host these workshops and also provide free dinner and childcare for any children as young as three. The first session is Tuesday, April 9th. Please click here to register.

I encourage you to register and join us for these informative sessions. Your active participation will not only benefit your child but also contribute to the overall improvement of education options throughout the state. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our children and the future of education in Indiana.

 The Session Schedule is:

  • Session 1: Tuesday, April 9th
  • Session 2: Tuesday, April 16th
  • Session 3: Tuesday, April 23rd
